Barn Lights! Come-n-git-em!

I absolutely promised myself that I would not post another picture of my front porch until it was done...done!  But there is something I've just got to share with you.  These gaping holes with wires hanging out of them are a down right safety hazard!

So for the sake of safety I've been shopping for barn lights at Barn Light Electric to cover up these nasty wires.  You might think that I could just get some wire nuts and an electrical cover and it would be just as safe.  But that would make me grouchy and then no one is safe, ¿Comprende?

I really love the selection they have at Barn Light Electric but I am in no way being compensated for the post. They just have exactly what I have been looking for.

So, the only answer to my safety issue is one of these this galvanized gooseneck which would be perfect for over the front door.

I know you love these so here is "Guy in a Toolbelt #5".  ("Guys in Toolbelts #1-#4 here).  Our contractor is just finishing up the trim work and I can totally picture that perfect gooseneck light above this door.

But I've got three more of those electrical boxes under the eaves to cover up and once again I found the perfect solution. The porch ceiling slopes so I needed to find a short hanging pendant to make it work.

How about one of these over each of the two windows in the front and one over the window on the wrap-around? It would be the perfect trifecta of barn lights!

Just when I though I had it all figured out I stumbled upon this...a big giant giveaway that Barn Light Electric is providing for bloggers.
